WE PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC SOLUTIONS FOR
FAMILY THERAPY
Family Therapy is designed to identify family patterns that contribute to dysfunctional behavior or mental illness and help family members break those habits. Family therapy involves discussion and problem-solving sessions with the family. Some of these sessions may be as a group, in couples, or one on one.
PARENTING THERAPY
In therapy, parents can address their feelings, practice emotional regulation, learn an alternative way to communicate, and feel more involved in family functioning. They can find support and guidance to learn skills that address their parenting concerns.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone.
RELATIONSHIP CHALLENGES
Couples therapy is a type of therapy that can help a couple overcome issues in their relationship and learn better communication.
Not everyone needs couples therapy; in some cases, people can work out relationship conflicts on their own. But if you find yourself having the same argument over and over with your partner without any resolution, it might be time to see a couples therapist.
TRAUMA THERAPY
Trauma therapy is a type of mental health treatment that counselors use to help people overcome psychological trauma. A traumatic event is defined as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. The other component of the definition is your reaction to the event or situation.
CHILD AND ADOLESCENT THERAPY
Child and Adolescent Therapy is an opportunity to help your child, tween, or teen understand how and why they are behaving and feeling certain emotions. Child and Adolescent Therapy is similar to therapy and counseling for adults: it offers a safe space and an empathetic ear while providing tools to bring about change in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Just like adult clients, child clients receive emotional and goal support in their sessions.
